I’m Nam, I’m 15 years old. My favorite sport is swimming. I can go swimming in both summer and winter. Normally, I would go swimming for two days a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. I often go swimming with my best friend. He will wait for me after school. Then starts to go to the swimming pool. I learned to swim when I was 10 years old. Swimming helps me feel better. Thanks to learning how to swim since childhood, I am quite tall. I am very proud of that. Swimming sometimes helps me forget about the bad things. I often participate in swimming club competitions. I hope to grow up to become a professional swimmer.

Everyone has a different sport they love. My favorite sport is badminton. This is a pretty easy sport to play, but to play well you need enough practice. I usually play badminton every morning. Usually I play with my dad. But if he’s busy, I’ll play with my brother. Playing badminton helped me train my fitness and it also helped me get closer to my family members. Playing badminton also helps me to lose fat for a firmer body. Playing badminton also helps you to prevent heart disease effectively. Even though I was not good at playing, I enjoyed it very much. I thought that without badminton I would definitely feel very sad.

Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

Basketball is my favorite sport of all time. It is also my passion for life. 

My uncle is the one who inspired me to play basketball. My 3 favorite basketball players are Dwyane Wade, Kobe Bryant and Micheal Jordan.
Basketball is a great way to get your mind off things and express yourself. Every time I step out on the court, it becomes a chance for me to show every aspects of who I really am from an emotional, physical, and competitive standpoint.

I personally feel that basketball teaches many life lessons. Basketball is a sport that requires personal skill, team work and speed. It is also an opportunity to help individuals grow by responsibility, hardwork and leardership. These things are what you can apply to your daily life and help you grow. When you play basketball you feel much more confident about yourself.

One other reason that I love basketball is you only need yourself to play the game or you can play it with teammates. Team work is one of the most important keys for playing basketball. Good basketball team always do some great teamworks. It is wonderful when we do some fake moves to make the opponents jump, and then we pass the ball to other teammates.

I to play basketball outside with my friends we always have a good time together. Sometime, when we lose game, we will discuss our weakness together, and we all believe that next time we can play better. Basketball makes us trust each other more and make our friendship becomes stronger. 
Basketball in my opinion is the best thing I can do to have fun while burning a few calories. It is a sport that can work your whole body. Playing basketball is studying for the test, if you don’t play hard, you may lose the game.

For me there is not only one word that can describe how much I love basketball. It makes me feel great and satisfied. It is a very addicting sport that makes you want to play more and more. It is a great hobby for everyone to have and is a great way to bond with family members and friends.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

Sở thích yêu thích của tôi là chơi đá bóng vào thời gian rảnh. Sau khi hoàn thành hết bài tập về nhà, tôi hay dùng thời gian rảnh để chơi đá bóng. Tôi đã rất hứng thú với việc chơi bóng từ hồi còn rất nhỏ dẫu vệ tôi bắt đầu học cách chơi bóng tử tế khi tôi 5 tuổi. Tôi đi học khi toou 5 tuổi. Cha tôi nói với thầy giáo ở PTM của tôi về sở thích bóng đá của tôi. Và thầy tôi bảo ông rằng có 1 trung tâm thể thao nhỏ mở cử hàng ngày ở trường giành cho các em lớp 1 trở lên vì vậy anh có thể  cho con trai mình tham gia. Giờ đây, tôi thật sự  thích chơi bóng đá và tham gia vào các cuộc thi liên trường.

The Voice has been and is a remarkable phenomenon in our country’s entertainment and cultural activities. This is also my favorite TV show.

The Voice is a program that discovers many singing talents of the country. This TV show is usually aired weekly on channel VTV3 at 9 pm. The coaches of the program are talented and famous singers and musicians in Vietnam such as Thu Minh, Ho Hoai Anh, Luu Huong Giang…

The Voice is a singing contest on television, first held in 2012. This music contest consists of four rounds: Blind Audition, Battle Round, Cross Battle Round, and Liveshow. In the  Blind Audition, the contestants will show their singing talent to conquer the examination board. The judges will sit with their backs to candidates and choose based on their abilities. In the Battle Round, the competitors in a team will be divided into pairs and eliminated by one person. Each coach saved 2 members who were eliminated from the other team. At the end of this round, each team will have 7 members. In the Cross Battle Round, the coaches will challenge each other. Two contestants of the two teams sing the solo and the audience will be the one who decides who can go on. In the Liveshow, the contestants will perform their talent live on stage. Results are based on audience votes. The people ​​with the most votes will be the winner.

I’m a music fan so I really like this TV show. Also, when watching, I better understand how to sing a song, see the hard work of the contestants. I really like The Voice show.

I love a quite strange sport for everyone, and it is ping pong. Not many people in Vietnam who are interested in ping pong, and it is also hard to find a place to actually have enough equipment to play it. Ping pong, or it also known as table tennis, consists of two or four players hitting a lightweight ball back and forth on a table. The table is divided in two halves by a net, and it marks the playing zone of each team. The basic rule for amateurs is pretty simple as players need to let the ball touch their side of the table one time before bouncing back. They then hit the ball back to their opponent’s side with a small paddle, and this time the ball also need to touch the other side of the table as well. A point is counted when a player fail to return back the ball, let it touch the net, or make it land outside of the table. Since it is played on a table, so the area is not big enough for us to wait and think about the next move. Therefore, we need to play it with fast reactions and nonstop motions. We only have one second to act the next step right after hitting the ball, and it does not take much time to complete a set. In a competition, and match usually consists of five or seven sets, and the first one to score 11 points wins a set. Many people do not take this sport serious, but I think it is a very good sport to train both of our physical and mental health as we need to be tough and have quick reactions at the same time.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.

Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.

There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played. 

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusias and young.

I don’t sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

I hiking . Because , it will help people have good heath , have tough legs and endurance . It will help the body to slim down , pushing away excess fat effectively . It can also help us to be taller , have aleaner body . So every morning , I get up early for hiking . Hiking help I taller , have good heath and endurance . I hiking . Hiking is my favorite sport.
